1x GOAL PLANNING SESSION

Kickoff call to look at the previous year and discuss what went well and what could be improved. From there, we’ll develop yearly organizational and marketing goals.

 

4x  QUARTERLY REVIEW + CONTENT PLANNING SESSIONS

Quarterly workshops to review the previous quarter’s metrics and wins and losses as well as plan for the upcoming quarter’s marketing initiatives and content themes.

 

4x QUARTERLY MARKETING PLANS

Based on the quarterly session, we will develop a quarterly marketing plan that will guide your team’s implementation.  

 

7x COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS

In months without a quarterly goal and content planning session, we will meet with the marketing lead to 1.) Provide marketing expertise and answer questions, 2.) Ensure accountability, 3.) Overcome barriers and challenges, 4.) Assist in developing marketing skills through training and exercises. 

 

METRICS TRACKING

We’ll create an interactive, custom dashboard to track all your marketing activities and show their impact on the organization.
