We believe helping businesses have a bigger positive impact is the key to making the world a better place. It’s ambitious, but hey, that’s who we are. We are collaborative, creative and believe in our purpose which makes our work not good, but great!

 

Hailing from Alaska and now living on the west coast, we have an appreciation and love for nature and the outdoors. We’ve traveled extensively and seen a lot - 44 countries to be exact. Traveling has taught us there are multiple perspectives and ways to see the world.  

 

We love marketing and problem solving! No challenge is too big for this duo. We’ve worked with companies of all sizes and countless industries – from nonprofits and government organizations to startups and large corporations and everything in between, there’s not a lot we haven’t done or seen.

EMILY TRICKEY

Emily is a seasoned marketer with experience helping companies and nonprofits accomplish their goals. As a strategist, marketer and advertiser, Emily understands the current digital landscape and what businesses need to stand out.

 

Previously, Emily was Director of Integrated Marketing at global communications agency, Allison+Partners, where she helped companies define their brand story, developed and executed marketing strategies, and launched campaigns across the globe. She loves to design, write and collaborate with her clients. 

 

Emily has worked with brands including Edgewell Personal Care (consumer products company with brands Schick, Skintimate, Playtex, Banana Boat, etc), Dignity Health, Livingly Media, Connections Academy, Fourth, Energy Upgrade California, and Pacific Northwest companies including Theo Chocolate, Vulcan Real Estate, Mortenson Construction, Pacific Continental Bank, Alaska Conservation Foundation, City of Kenmore and many more. 

 

As a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Emily enjoys bringing a mindful approach to her marketing work and how she approaches problems. In her free time, you can find her teaching yoga or outside enjoying nature.

MIKAELA BOLLING

Mikaela is a communications strategist and project manager helping nonprofits, government agencies and businesses communicate their social and environmental impact. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. 

 

With a focus in environmental sustainability and social impact, Mikaela believes in the triple bottom line: people, planet, and profit. She is a LEED Green Associate and is trained in sustainability reporting through the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

 

Previously, Mikaela managed a policy and education initiative, The Equinox Project, for the Center for Sustainable Energy where she successfully launched new programs, including an online web platform, educated policymakers, and developed community partnerships. In addition, Mikaela worked as a Marketing Manager where she helped with B2C and B2B marketing strategy for clients such as the Department of Energy, the California Public Utilities Commission, and San Diego Gas & Electric.

 

When not at work, you’ll find Mikaela walking her dog, surfing, or traveling. In both her professional and personal life, Mikaela believes in the power of strong relationships with her clients based on transparency and respect.

BOB FRAUSE, APR, PRSA

Bob Frause has provided communications and marketing counsel to clients throughout the U.S. for more than 40 years. From the early days of his career at Hill and Knowlton and DDB to serving as the CEO of Frause, an integrated communications firm, he has served hundreds of private and public sector clients. Some of the most memorable include: Procter & Gamble, United Airlines, the Environmental Protection Agency, Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, AGB Search, University of Maryland, Seattle University and Starbucks.

Creative communication and sound business strategies are base skills that have enabled Bob to deliver supremely effective client programs in branding, marketing, advertising, public relations, social/digital media and research. Bob served extensively with the Public Relations Society of America as former Chairman of the College of Fellows, Chairman of the Board of Ethics and Professional Standards, and member of the PRSA Board of Directors. He also served as Global Chairman of PROI Worldwide, the profession’s largest global network of independent PR agencies.

FRANCIS LEODEL IBOT

A Marketing Professional graduated from Notre Dame of Marbel University, City of Koronadal, Philippines.

He is the Administrative Assistant of Brilliant Marketing with a demonstrated history of working in the E-commerce and Digital marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Operations, Social Media Management, Research and Presentation, Talent Acquisition, Customer service, basic graphic design (posters, calling cards, logos, infographics), and Facebook and Instagram management.

He worked in a different industry for over three years. He was a Sales Associate under a premium Telco Account which is AT&T Blue. which focuses on doing Sales and Billing activities. In 2020, He started his journey as a Personal Virtual Assistant under a Digital Marketing Agency based in Dublin, Ireland. After six months he ventures some other opportunities then he became the Administrative assistant of Brilliant Marketing, he's tasks focused on managing the full cycle of project management with several clients overseeing other existing projects, website and social media management,  and more. 

He is goal-driven, efficient, and focus. He values communication, collaboration, confidentiality, perseverance, and trust as stepping stones to success.

KIM KOGANE

Kim Kogane is a writer, healer and creative professional. She is passionate about living life on her own terms and pursuing her path of alignment and flow. She has over 10 years of hands-on experience starting and growing a brand from her days as a jewelry designer and business owner. 

 

She’s learned how to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape, pivot ideas quickly and create and implement strategies and systems. She is now using her skills to help clients share their mission in a way that is innovative and resonates with their audience. Her approach is thoughtful and creative as she weaves her love of storytelling into every experience. 

 

When she’s not working you can find Kim playing with her dog, writing, or solo traveling.
